CS Finishing & Carpentry Ltd. located at 12125 94 Avenue Surrey, BC Canada V3V 1L7 is currently hiring two finish carpenters to join their team as soon as possible.

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent
Wage: $28.00 per Hour, for 35 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: 12125 94 Avenue Surrey, BC Canada V3V 1L7
Work Location Information: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland depending upon company contracts.

Job Duties:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school

Work Experience: Completion of 3 – 4 years apprenticeship program or 2 – 3 years of experience in trade is required.
