Pizza Knight Ltd. a well-known restaurant located at 19161 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, BC is currently looking for 1 experienced Food Service Supervisor who can perform the following Job duties:

Job Duties:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule all staff
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Participate in the selection of staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Terms of Employment: –
Wages: – $18.00 per hour- 40 hours per week.
Overtime of $1.5/hour starts after 40 hours per week.
Location of employment: – 19161 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, BC V3S 7H2

Job Requirements: –
• Completion of Secondary School
• 3+ years of experience in food preparation/Service are required.
• A certification in hotel management or food service administration is an asset.
