Uno Gelato is looking for a Full-time, Permanent Food Service Supervisor

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Available Position : 1

Wage: $17.00- 20.00 per hours (Depending on experience)

Work Hours: 35 – 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits: 4% of gross salary

Work Location: 30-1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3

Job Duties:

-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff on shift.

-Handle shift schedules for servers and assign them tasks

-Supervise display of ice cream and other food items, and ensure service meets company standards

-Supervise service area to comply with health and safety regulations

-Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and suggest solutions to managers for service improvements

Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school

-Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or 2-3 years of experience of related experience.

-English is required
