Wage: $15 – 18 / hr

Benefit: 4 % of gross salary or 10 day paid vacation

Job duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate assigned shift schedule
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Establish work schedule and procedure
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Ensure that food and service meet high standard
– Communicate with customers and receive feedbacks
– Train new staff
– Other duties as assigned

Employment requirements
– Completion of secondary school is required
– Several years of work experience in food service.
