Jugo Juice located in 2 locations in Vancouver, BC is looking to hire Full time & Permanent Food Service Supervisor. The person should have a high school diploma along with a relevant minimum of 1-2 years of work experience and passion to succeed in the foodservice industry.

The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

We pay competitive wages of $17.00 per hour as per experience.
