Job responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, and calculate requirements
• Prepare layouts in accordance to building codes, using tools
• Measure, cut, shape and join materials made of woodlightweight steel and other materials
• Build foundations
• Lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs and moulding
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences
• May prepare cost estimates for clients.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School
• Completion of 2–3 year apprenticeship program OR at least 2-3 years of related work experience

Job Terms:
• Wage: $29.50 per hour
• Job Location: Based out of – 14638 Southview Dr Surrey BC V3S 1A4 and Various Locations Across the Lower Mainland
• Hours: 40 hours per week. Full time, permanent position
