KSN Construction Ltd. is looking for one Framing Carpenter for their business located at 7 Ashnola Rd. Keremeos, BC V0X 1N1. These are full time positions with 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week.

As a Framer Carpenter, you will be performing the following job duties:

• Build Foundation, install floor beams, lay sub flooring and erect walls
• Fabricate, construct and repair structural woodwork and wood products by following blueprints, drawing and oral instruction using tools and equipments provided by KSN.
• Use measuring tools to ensure precise cutting and shaping
• Construct, repair, install wooden frames for new home projects or commercial projects
• Selecting lumber as per the requirements of the project and sourcing wood that fits within budget and meets style specifications
• Use all Framing tools, power tools, nail guns and portable saw while adhering to all safety standards

What we offer:

• $29.00 per hour
• 4% vacation pay
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• 3-5 years of experience is required
• English as a language skill is required
