Wage rate: $36.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Education: High School

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Language: Basic Knowledge of English

Job Duties:

• Organize, manage, supervise and coordinate staff according to plans and schedules.
• Should be able to go through drawings, blueprints and other specifications provided by the contractor and ensure that staff works accordingly.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments.
• Ensure standards for safe working conditions are met.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Prepare estimates for material, supplies and labour cost and production reports.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Hire and arrange training for new construction workers.

Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, and may also have to manage 2 sites at a time if required.

Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.
