Hotel Frontdesk Manager
Days Inn Vernon, located in Vernon, BC is now hiring full-time, permanent Front Desk Manager.
The person should have some higher secondary education along with a relevant minimum of 2-3 years of work experience
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Prepare marketing plans, Implement marketing activities
• Enforce policies and procedures, Develop and implement business plans
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns, establish work schedules, Assist clients/guests with special needs.
