Avis Insulation Ltd. is currently looking for 2 Full-time, permanent Insulators to join their team asap.

Job Duties:
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements.
• Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls and around pipes.
• Apply sealants or other protective coating
• Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods.
• Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required.
• Install vapor barriers or plastic barriers to protect insulation from moisture
• Apply waterproofing cement over insulating materials to finish surfaces.
• Use compressors to spray insulation into some spaces.
• Apply adhesives to construction materials.

Job Requirement:
• Completion of Secondary school
• 3-4 years of experience in the related field.
• Willing to travel to various sites in Lower Mainland, BC.

Wage: $29.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Job Location: 11753 95A Ave, Delta, BC V4C 7A9 & Various locations in Lower Mainland, BC.
