Duties:

• Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing and peeling them.
• Assist in food preparation.
• Assist the cook and kitchen staff by sweeping and mopping the floor.
• Remove trash and wash garbage cans and handle store cleaning products.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation and storage areas.
• Organize supplies into refrigerators, cabinets, and other storage areas.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean.
• Able to work in standing position for extended period of time.
