Job Position: Line Cook

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time

Work Location: 3086 Highway 16 East, Thornhill (Terrace), BC, V8G 3N5

Wage: $17.00 per hour

Work hours: 35 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay or 10 days’ paid vacation

Qualifications

• A secondary school diploma is required.
• At least 1-2 years’ cook experience
• English

Job Duties

• Cook menu items from the menu.
• Prepare ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu.(e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplie
• Assemble dishes and provide garnishment.
• Clean and sanitize work area.
