$22.00/hour for 35-40 hours a week (Overtime applicable after 40 hours)

Job Description

• Supervise and co-ordinate liquor store staff and cashiers
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
• Manage inventory, pricing integrity, expense control, availability of products all times and ensure we are following company standards
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Verify received goods, check discrepancies and merchandise
• Maintain cash control, funds, deposits, deposit funds in bank, followed state regulations, set up profit margins and increased sales
• Check order invoices, IDs of customers, review vendor requests for disbursements and authorize payroll disbursements
• Develop objectives, operating plans and advertising strategies, and implement procedure compliance to all laws
• Maintain data and accounting and operating records.
• Provided job descriptions and scheduling of all personnel.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school education
• 1-2 Years’ experience of working in the relevant field is required

OTHER
Candidate should be willing to work in both morning & evening shifts.
Sometimes overtime may be required on some busy days/weekends
