Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required
• 1-2 years of experience is required
• Ability to work on all shifts (evening & weekends)

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee the logistics operations of company.
• Create work schedules for the staff.
• Interacting closely with Suppliers and responding to the construction site requirements.
• Arranging drivers and helpers to load material, ongoing project is completed effectively and efficiently.
• Oversee the operations of receiving department, keeping a check that material reaches the site on time.
• Recruit, coach and monitor the performance of the staff
• Ensure that the construction machinery and equipment is in good working condition
• Maintain inventory, order supplies and materials
