1115844 BC Ltd DBA World Famous Chicken World Ltd located at #1, 12842 96 Ave Surrey BC V3V6A8 needs 1 full- time, permanent Meat Cutter to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Cut and trim meat, poultry & fish for self-service counters or on customers demand.
• Use power grinders and slicing machines to grind meat and poultry.
• Prepare special display of meat, poultry and fish.
• Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish and wrap prepared meats, poultry & fish.
• Prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry using knives & Band saw.
• Check out the food storage conditions on regular basis.
• Keep records of sales & determine the cost, product line and freshness of product as per company & customer requirement.

Job Requirement:

• Completion of Secondary school
• 1 year of related experience will be an asset.

Terms of Employment: –

Wages: $25 per hour, 40 hours per week. Overtime wages starts after 40 hours.
