Wage: $28.85 per hour, for 40.00 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Prepare marketing plans
• Implement marketing activities
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Develop and implement business plans
• Establish work schedules
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Additional skills:  Recruit and hire staff, supervise staff, Conduct performance reviews

Job Requirements:Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience:  A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline or 2-3 years of work experience is required

Language: English
