Position: Motel Managing Supervisor

Wages: CAD$22.60/hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 30~40 hrs/week

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of staff;
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities of staff;
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports;
• Train staff;
• Requisition supplies and materials;
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• 1-2 years of experience in the occupation supervised
• Completion of college course related to the area supervised an asset
