Office Admin
National Canada Immigration Services Inc. are currently looking for 1 Office administrator to join its team as soon as possible!
Job responsibilities:
- Management of office equipment
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
- Delegate work to office staff
- Maintain inventory and ensure procedures are followed
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in the position or related administrative job required
- Degree/diploma in business or public administration is an asset but not compulsory
Job Terms:
Wage: $25.50 per hour, overtime wages will be given after 40 hours of work per week
Job Location: #1108, 7330 – 137 Street, Surrey BC V3W1A3
Hours: 40 hours per week. Full time, permanent position
