TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: PERMANENT FULL TIME
WAGE RATE: $25.25 PER HOUR (FOR 40 HOURS PER WEEK)
EDUCATION: SECONDARY SCHOOL (HIGH SCHOOL)
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 YEARS
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH

JOB DUTIES:
- Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute regular incoming emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Prepare and monitor invoices, presentations, and reports
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers and maintain inventory
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
WORK SETTING: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULL TIME IN THE MORNING OR DAY AND ON THE WEEKENDS.
