Duties:

• Prepare and cook individual Japanese and Fusion dishes and menus.
• Prepare and make sauces for cooking.
• Improve and suggest menu items.
• Estimate food requirements and cost.
• Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies.
• Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school
3 years or more experience in commercial cooking
$18.00~$20.00 per hour based on 35~40 hours per week
Proficiency in English
