Jejudo Seafood Inc. dba Jeju Sushi Japanese Restaurant in Burnaby seeks a PERMANENT and F/T COOK.

Duties:
• Prepare and cook Fusion Asian and Japanese hot dishes and menus.
• Prepare and make sauces for Fusion Asian and Japanese hot dishes and menus.
• Improve and suggest menus.
• Determine appropriate food servings and proportions.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

Requirement:
Completion of Secondary School
3 years or more experience in commercial cooking
Proficiency in English
$16.00~$18.00 per hour based on 35~40 hours per week
