OK TOUR COMPANY LTD. seeks a Permanent and F/T TOUR GUIDE SUPERVISOR.

Duties:
• Supervise a team of TOUR GUIDES to make sure their schedules are organized in a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor and coordinate the schedule of TOUR GUIDES with scheduled trips and tours.
• Monitor and check on tardiness and absences of TOUR GUIDES.
• Assign alternate TOUR GUIDES in case of absences of assigned TOUR GUIDES.
• Prepare reports and tour schedules.
• Train and evaluate the performance of new TOUR GUIDES.
• Receive feedback from customers and report to management any problems or issues.
• Receive complaints or concerns from customers.

Completion of Secondary School
2~3 years work experience in related field
Proficiency in English
Salary: $24.00~$25.00/per hour based on 30~35 hrs per week
