Position: RESERVATION SUPERVISOR
Duties:
– Plan, coordinate, assign and review the work of airline reservation clerks.
– Coordinate with airline representatives on rates, discount, schedules and special package.
– Hire and train staffs in job duties.
– Promote airline packages to customers.
– Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, assign duties for reservation agents.
– Record and file all reservation correspondence neatly and accurately.
– Resolve work related problems and report to the director.
– Prepare and submit progress reports and routine reports.

Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school
– 2~3 years of related work experience
– $22.00 per hours / 35~40 hours per week
– Proficiency in English
