Requirements

• Completion of college diploma or degree in engineering or business administration
• At least 5-7 year of work experience
• Excellent time organisational skill and attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Planning operations and procedures for production
• Direct, control and evaluate production workflow and maximize performance
• Efficiently determine the demand and supply for materials and equipment
• Make shift’s schedule according to production needs
• Collaborate with staff and monitor jobs, inspect the production,
• Identify issues and report production disruptions
• Prepare and submit production reports detailing anticipated production goals
• Forecast future needs for manpower, raw material, equipment etc.
• Recommending production procedures to reduce production costs and improve quality.
