Tung and Sidhu Holdings Ltd. O/A Pizza Hut located at 2A–7103 West Saanich Road Brentwood Bay, BC Canada V8M 1R1 is hiring one Restaurant Assistant Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Wage: $20.00 per hour, for 40 Hours per week

Anticipated Start Date:  As soon as possible

Location: 2A–7103 West Saanich Road Brentwood Bay, BC Canada V8M 1R1

Job duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.

Work Experience: Completion of diploma or degree in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or 1 year of Supervisory experience within the food sector or at least 1-2 years of previous experience in food preparation or service is required

Languages: English is required

Additional Skills: Conduct performance reviews, Organize and maintain inventory
