Salary: $25.00 – $26.48/ Hour for 40 to 50 Hours / Week

Benefits: Group insurance benefits; Bonus; Subject to wage increase, bonus and incentives; Benefits after three months of employment

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time

Start date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Morning, day, evening, weekend, overtime, on call, shift, holiday days

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in the food service sector including supervisory experience.

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; Monitor revenues; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities; Develop, implement and analyze budgets; Participate in marketing plans and implementation; Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Provide customer service; Recruit, train and supervise staff

Additional Skills: Conduct performance reviews; Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; Must be familiar with financials as related to Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA); Cost products and services; Organize and maintain inventory.

Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people

Budgetary Responsibility: $1,500,001 – $4,000,000

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Access, Accounting software, Electronic cash register, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet, MS Excel

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Willing to travel province-wide within British Columbia when required, Travel expenses paid by employer

Work Location Information: Various locations, Willing to relocate, Urban area
