Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Wage: $25.00 per hour, for 40 Hours per week

Anticipated Start Date:  As soon as possible

Job duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.

Work Experience: Completion of diploma or degree in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or 1 year of Supervisory experience within the food sector or at least 1-2 years of previous experience in food preparation or service is required.

Languages: English is required

Additional Skills: Conduct performance reviews, Organize and maintain inventory
