Mahek Restaurant & Lounge located at 9470,120street, Surrey, BC, V3V4B9 needs 1 full- time, permanent Restaurant Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of restaurant.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures.
• Set and monitor staff work schedule and performance.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for food and other supplies for restaurant.

Terms of Employment: – Full time, Permanent

Wages: – $25 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime of $1.5/hour starts after 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements: –

• Completion of a College or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
