-Position: Retail Butcher
-Vacancy: 1
-Work Hours: 6~8 hours per day or 30~40 hours per week (Full-time), Permanent
-Wage: $17.00~19.00 per hours (depending on experience)
-Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year
Job Duties:
-Clean and cut carcasses, including sides and quarters, to prepare for processing or further breakdown
-Cut, Trim, Grind, and prepare standard cuts of meat
-Safely remove bones from meat
-Slice Cooked meats
-Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
-Wrap and package prepared meats
-Clean Counter tops, tools, equipment and work area to sanitation standards.
Job Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of related experience
-Language: English is required
-Education: Completion of Secondary School
