0729886 BC Ltd. DBA Husky Travel Centre located at 1335 Highway 97 South Williams Lake, BC, Canada V2G 2W3 is looking for fulltime and permanent Retail Store Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

Job type: Full Time and permanent

Wage: $19.70 per hour for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date:  As soon as possible

Location: 1335 Highway 97 South Williams Lake, BC, Canada V2G 2W3

Job Duties:

• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Authorize payments by cheque.
• Authorize return of merchandise.
• Sell merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Order merchandise.
• Establish work schedules.
• Train or arrange for training.

Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Language: English is required

Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience within the retail sector or at least 1 – 2 years of previous experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer etc. will be considered

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.

Other: Candidate should be willing to work on all shifts (evening & weekend).
