Our company Bal Sekhon Construction Corp is currently hiring 1 Roofer to work in various construction sites across Lower Mainland, BC.

Job responsibilities:

• Install, repair, or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as hot asphalt and gravel.
• Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics.
• Install sheet metal flashings.
• Apply waterproof coatings to concrete.
• Install and repair metal roofs.
• Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs.
• Estimate materials required and quote cost.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School
• At least over 3 years of related work experience OR 2-3 years of apprenticeship program

Job Terms:

• Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Job Location: Based out of 5537 185A Street, Surrey, British Columbia – V3S 8S1 and Various Locations Across the Lower Mainland
• Hours: 40 hours per week. Full time, permanent position

Transportation will be provided by the employer.
