Consult with Operations leaders to design learning solutions that ensure all customer-facing employees have the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to fulfil their roles.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute Operations learning solutions that are aligned to national Operations goals and Operations learning strategies
• Consult with internal and external partners to continuously improve the quality of learning initiatives
• Create performance-based learning solutions based on metrics to measure program effectiveness
