SITE SUPERINTENDENT (NOC 0711)

B Fast Contracting Ltd  is currently hiring a Site superintendent.

We are located at 10132 128A St Surrey, BC V3T 3E6.

This is a full time-permanent position to start as soon as possible.

Job Location: Various locations/ willing to relocate

Hours: 40 Hours / Week

Salary: $41-43/ Hour

Positions available: 1

Language: English

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
• Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Plan and manage budgets
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
• Oversee the analysis of data and information
• Prepare periodically  reports

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education
• 3 years of related experience
