Cotto Enoteca Pizzeria is specialized in Neapolitan pizza and Italian entrees is looking to hire 1 Sous-Chef to join our staff as quickly as possible!

As a Sous-Chef, you would have to perform the following duties:
• Supervise activities of chefs, cooks and kitchen workers
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques
• Demonstrate new equipment to cooking staff
• Plan menus and requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Prepare cook meals and specialty foods

Requirements for the position:
• Completed high school
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in commercial food preparation OR cook’s trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience are required

Job Terms:
• Wage – $24.00 per hour
• Hours – 40 hours per week; Full time, permanent position
• Location – 6011 Hastings St, Burnaby, BC – V5B 1R8
