-Drive to various restaurants (and other locations) in company vehicles.
-Communicate with co-workers and business owners/managers.
-Follow work orders to ensure all duties are performed as per requested by customer.
-Steam clean and de-grease kitchen exhaust systems and restaurant equipment (hoods, fans, vents, fryers, cook tops, ect)
-Fill out work orders, maintenance logs and inspection reports.
-Able to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks.
-Follow company and safety procedures.
-Work in 2 person teams with minimal supervision.
-Shift work (usually nights Sunday -Thursday
