Sr. Manager Pharmacy Training and System Development – 12 Months Contract

Primary function of this role is to act as the subject matter expert for all pharmacy related systems. This position is central in defining and prioritizing pharmacy operations systems solutions, enhancements, functionalities required to meet strategic and financial business objectives.

Secondary functions of this role are to Lead, develop and support all training programs for our rapidly growing business. This will include creating onboarding plans for all new employees who join our teams nationally.

12 Months Contract

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Systems Development

  • Support all pharmacy related systems by being the subject matter expert and key point of contact for any system issues that may arise.
  • Participate in regular meetings with Pharmacy Operations stakeholders and Product team to prioritize  Pharmacy product development initiatives across all agile teams
  • Troubleshoot and test products/systems as required to support timely development of Pharmacy IT solutions

Pharmacy Training

  • Responsibility for creating and implementing training programs for all new pharmacy employees
  • Provide ad hoc support to employees and teams who may require additional training support from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience within pharmacy systems
  • Pharmacy training
  • Pharmacy Regulations
  • Client/Patient needs, satisfaction drivers
  • Collaborative/partnership style
  • Comfortable with deriving formulas in MS Excel and creating presentations in MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle complex analysis and develop resolutions to complex modeling issues
  • Ability to work with minimal to no oversight
  • Team approach, partnership, solid written and verbal communication
