Duties:
- To investigate and execute solutions, consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation.
- Communicate with computer users who are having problems, both electronically and in person, to identify the issues.
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Assist users with company systems, networks, and the Internet as required in response to detected issues.
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- May supervise other technical support workers in this group.
