She offers her insights into how medical schools should incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion discourse and learning into their curriculum, and how truth is an important first step towards reconciliation in the future.
Dr. Richardson is Associate Dean, Inclusion & Diversity, at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, and the Indigenous Health Strategic Lead at Women’s College Hospital in Toronto, Canada.
