Following the plaque unveiling, members of the media are invited to attend a special ceremony with Minister Bennett and the Ahiarmiut Relocation Society to mark Canada’s formal apology for the multiple relocations of the Ahiarmiut from their home at Ennadai Lake in the 1950s.
