Brandon, MB – Earlier this month, Kapawe’no First Nation, located approximately 370 kilometres northwest of Edmonton, announced that 169 potential graves were discovered at the former St. Bernard’s Indian Residential School.

All City of Brandon flags will fly at half-mast for four days and four nights. We mourn alongside the Kapawe’no First Nation. The flags were lowered Monday morning.
