FCL: Confirmed COVID-19 case updates

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) supports local co-ops serving their members and customers across Western Canada. Throughout the pandemic, we’ve remained focused on serving local co-ops as they deliver the essential products and services their communities need.

We’re committed to prioritizing health and safety across our operations. That’s why we’ve been meeting or exceeding the guidance provided by governments and public health authorities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the event of a case of COVID-19 at one of our facilities, we’ll take the following steps to protect our employees and communities and prevent further exposure:

• Informing our employees about the confirmed case and asking anyone who had been in close contact with that individual to self-isolate as well as seek guidance and testing from public health authorities
• Working with the local health authorities and following or exceeding the guidance they provide
• Deep cleaning and sanitizing the location, paying particular attention to high-touch surfaces or areas that individual may have been in contact with
• Keeping the public informed by updating the tracker below

We’re being as transparent as possible and disclosing confirmed cases at our facilities while keeping any personal information confidential out of respect for our team members. We’re doing everything we can to keep our team members safe while supporting local co-ops and supplying essential goods and services to co-ops and independent retails across Western Canada.
