Foran to Commence Trading on The Toronto Stock Exchange June 12th

Vancouver, BC (June 7, 2023) Foran Mining Corporation (TSX.V: FOM) (OTCQX: FMCXF) (“Foran” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release on May 15, 2023, the common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) have received final approval for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) and will commence trading on the TSX at market open on June 12, 2023. Concurrent with the commencement of trading on the TSX, the Common Shares will be delisted and will cease trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”).

Shareholders are not required to exchange their share certificates or take any other action in connection with the TSX listing, as there will be no change in the trading symbol or CUSIP for the Common Shares.
