Glen Abbey gets ready to host the 4th Annual CCAB Ontario Golf Tournament

 

(Toronto, ON) May 10, 2007 – Glen Abbey Golf Club in Oakville, long-time home of the Canadian Open and headquarters of the Royal Canadian Golf Association, will once again host the annual Ontario golf tournament of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) on Monday, May 28, 2007.“We are expecting a great turn-out this year,” said CCAB President and CEO Jocelyne Soulodre. “It’s such a great course that last year – our first year at Glen Abbey – was the best crowd we’ve ever had. I hope to beat that this year,” she said.

Glen Abbey, designed by Jack Nicklaus, the legendary Golden Bear, presents a challenging 7100+ yard, 18-hole test for everyone from the newest duffer to Tiger Woods or Vijay Singh.

Tickets are going fast for this kick-off event to the 2007 golf season. Dust off your clubs, clean out your spikes and join us at Glen Abbey, where the champions come to play.

The tournament will be held on Monday, May 28, 2007 at Glen Abbey Golf Club, 1333 Dorval Drive, Oakville, Ontario.

Driving Range – 11:30am
Lunch – 12:00pm
Shotgun Start – 1:30pm
Dinner and awards to follow

Tickets: $625 each or $2,500/foursome – tax receipts will be provided for the donation portion of the fee.
