January 16, 2018 – Lloydminster, SK – Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is pleased to announce that the official grand opening celebration for Gold Horse Casino (GHC) is this weekend in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan! GHC is a 48,000 square foot entertainment venue with 250 slot machines, 5 live table games and 18 electronic table games. The casino also offers two dining options and an event centre for live entertainment, banquets and meetings.

“GHC is the newest member of SIGA’s family of casinos and Lloydminster’s premier entertainment destination. GHC’s and all of SIGA’s casino operations allow us to Share Success with Saskatchewan communities. A non-profit organization, all of our net income goes back to our beneficiaries—Saskatchewan’s First Nations, community development corporations, and the Province,” says Zane Hansen, SIGA CEO and President.

The grand opening celebration is January 17 to 19, 2019. The three-day event will feature everything from live entertainment by Aaron Goodvin, The Trews, James Barker Band and free cupcakes, to exciting opportunities to win one of two trips to Las Vegas, a backyard set with fire pit, free slot play in Daily Hot Seat draws, Vegas showgirls and showguys, and more!
