MCA: Federal Indian Day School Class Action – Missing Information on Claim Forms
Deloitte, the Claims Administrator for the Federal Indian Day School Class Action, would like to inform our community members that many claim forms have been submitted with missing information and therefore cannot be processed.
If any Akwesasronon have submitted a claim for the Federal Indian Day School Class Action and has not yet received a decision letter from the Administrator, it may be that their claim form may be missing information. They would need to contact the Administrator at the number above to find out if they have missing information that is holding up their compensation.
To contact Deloitte and inquire about the status of your claim, please call 1-888-221-2898. Support and resources are also available through the class action website at indiandayschools.com/en/submit-missing-information.
