McGuinty puts top minister in Aboriginal Affairs

TORONTO
Dwight Duncan will take over as Ontario’s new finance minister, Michael Bryant will anchor the Aboriginal Affairs portfolio and former colleges and universities minister Chris Bentley will become attorney general in Premier Dalton McGuinty’s new Liberal cabinet, sources said yesterday.
Duncan has been tapped to move from the Energy portfolio to Finance to replace Liberal stalwart Greg Sorbara, a close friend and ally of McGuinty’s who resigned suddenly last week to spend more time with his family, The Canadian Press has learned.
