(Kahnawake – 15, Kentenhkó:wa/November 2022) The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) is pleased to announce the 2022 Canadian Pacific Holiday Train stop in Kahnawà:ke on Saturday, November 26th.

The train is scheduled to arrive at Adirondack Junction at approximately 4:45pm. The live music event is scheduled to begin at 5pm. This year’s musical line-up features Lindsay Ell and JoJo Mason.

Volunteers will also be on-site to accept donations and hand out hot chocolate and snacks.

All cash and food donations will benefit the Kateri Food Basket. Over the past 24 years, the Holiday Train has raised millions in cash and, literally, tons of food to support families in need.

To reduce traffic volume in the area, the MCK is providing a free Shuttle Bus service departing from the town garage at 3:45pm to bring passengers to the Adirondack Junction and return after the event.

A detailed bus route will be made available prior to the event.
