Louisbourg, Nova Scotia – On behalf of the Honourable Diane Lebouthillier, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, Mike Kelloway, Parliamentary Secretary to Minister Lebouthillier, will be in Eastern Nova Scotia to celebrate the opening of the first commercial fishing season for whelk.
