QUÉBEC CITY – The Lieutenant Governor of Québec, The Honourable J. Michel Doyon, in the presence of the Minister responsible for relations with First Nations and Inuit, Mr. Ian Lafrenière, is pleased to invite you to the presentation ceremony of the First Peoples Medal – Inuit Nation.
