September 19, 2022 – Hopedale, N.L. – Department of National Defence / Canadian Armed Forces

What: A Northern Affiliation Ceremony between HMCS Margaret Brooke and the Inuit region of Nunatsiatvut will be held in Hopedale, NL. This event will mark the second Northern Affiliation between an Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship and the Inuit-Nunagat regions. The event will include a Kullik lighting ceremony, a cultural performance, remarks by key representatives of the Nunatsiavut Government and members of the Royal Canadian Navy serving in HMCS Margaret Brooke.

When: September 21st, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.

Where: Nunatsiavut Assembly Building in Hopedale, Labrador
